In 1972, Revor launched its first latex mattress, which marked a revolutionary step for the sleep industry. The latex mattress offered unparalleled support, pressure relief and a deeper, more refreshing sleep.
Now, fifty years later, Revor is a renowned brand in the field of sleep comfort, constantly striving for better sleep solutions.
Jaritex was born. With a focus on quality and innovation, Jaritex brought to market a wide range of mattresses that met different needs and preferences.
Jaritex mattresses are known for their excellent support, pressure relief and comfort, which contributed to a good night's sleep and overall well-being. To this day, Jaritex remains committed to providing high-quality mattresses and optimal sleep experiences to their customers.
In the year 2000, Jan Maes acquired Revor and Styldecor, two renowned companies in the sleep industry. Revor and Styldecor are known for their high-quality products and craftsmanship, and the acquisition offered Jan Maes the opportunity to further develop and grow these brands.
Since the acquisition, Revor and Styldecor have maintained and strengthened their reputation as suppliers of quality sleep products
In 2009, Jaritex was acquired. Adding Jaritex to the group strengthened the company's market position and product offering. The acquisition also provided new opportunities for Jaritex to benefit from the combined resources and expertise of the group. Since the acquisition, Jaritex has been able to continue to excel in providing quality mattresses and meeting customers' diverse needs.
In 2014, we opened a state-of-the-art factory in Hungary, an important milestone in our expansion and production capacity. This new facility was specifically aimed at producing high-quality mattresses and box springs. The opening of the factory enabled us to produce more efficiently while meeting the growing demand for our products.
A historic merger between Revor, Styldecor and Jaritex took place in 2019, bringing all brands together under one new company based in Kuurne.
Under the leadership of Jan and Isabelle Maes-Malysse, the new company continued to build on the strengths and expertise of each brand, with the aim of offering an even better sleep experience to customers worldwide.
