Sustainability at Revor

At Revor Group, sustainability is a core value deeply rooted in our operations. Our sustainability initiatives focus on three key pillars: environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and good governance. By using sustainable materials, optimizing our production processes, and promoting energy efficiency, we strive to minimize our ecological footprint.

30,000 additional employees

On our roof, we have proudly installed a beehive with no less than 30,000 bees. This bee colony plays a crucial role in maintaining biodiversity in our area and contributes to the pollination of flowers and plants. This initiative underscores our commitment to protecting the natural world and preserving essential ecosystem services.

In addition, we all enjoy the delicious fresh honey that our bees produce each year as a tasty reward for their hard work in our sustainable beehive. This is an added benefit of our bee colony, reinforcing our commitment to nature conservation and making a positive impact on the environment.

The most sustainable mattress

The Circular Mattress from Revor is a sustainable solution to the problem of mattresses ending up in bulky waste each year. Traditional mattresses cannot be recycled due to the various materials they are made from. These mattresses often contain foam or latex, which are not easily recyclable and emit harmful substances when burned.

Revor has developed the Circular Mattress as an innovative and highly sustainable solution. After its lifespan, this mattress can be completely dismantled and recycled, with all raw materials being reused to create a new mattress. This contributes to a sustainable future.

Revor has chosen two raw materials: metal and polyester. These materials were selected for their excellent recyclability. Additionally, all raw materials meet strict toxicity requirements. To separate the metal and polyester layers after use, Revor uses Niaga® adhesive instead of regular glue. This special material is applied hot and binds the different layers together. At the end of the mattress's lifespan, it can be reheated to easily separate the layers.

938 Solar panels

To reduce our ecological footprint and contribute to clean energy generation, we have installed 938 solar panels on our roof. These panels generate renewable energy that is used in our production facilities. This not only means less greenhouse gas emissions but also a step towards a more sustainable future.

Our Recycling Commitment

Within Revor Group, we have a dedicated team that focuses entirely on waste management. They work on reducing our waste and ensuring that all waste materials are processed and recycled in the most environmentally friendly manner. Through strict waste management, we strive for zero waste and minimize our impact on the environment.
